Fire Hydrants

  • Mueller Co. Integral Storz Connection

Now any Mueller® Centurion® Hydrant (traditional or Modern style), can be ordered with an integral Storz connection on the pumper nozzle. The nozzle can also be ordered separately to retrofit hydrants in the field.

  • Mueller Co. Modern Centurion Fire Hydrant

Its computer-aided design has smooth transitions and long radius contours to keep turbulence to a minimum, even at high flow rates. The patented Mueller design pays off under actual operating conditions, with minimum pressure loss and excellent flow to the pumper and hose nozzles. It complies fully with AWWA Standard C502 and is well below the limits for pressure loss at all flow rates.

  • Mueller Co. Monitor Style Fire Hydrant

The popular Mueller® Super Centurion® 250™ Fire Hydrant is now available in a monitor style. The integral monitor elbow eliminates a possible leak path that could exist if a separate monitor nozzle were to be added to the hydrant as an attachment. For ease of maintenance, all parts are interchangeable with the Mueller Super Centurion 250 hydrant.

  • Mueller Co. Super Centurion Fire Hydrant

Performance and longevity are the real tests of a fire hydrant. Superior flow characteristics, easy operation and maintenance, and life-extending features are among the benefits of installing a Mueller® Super Centurion fire hydrant.

  • Mueller Co. Super Centurion with AquaGrip System

The Mueller® AquaGrip System uses unique, innovative technology that includes both the compression connection and the restraint system in one convenient, quick installation package. This system eliminates the need for tie rods, anchor couplings and/or separate gland-type restraints which reduces cost and saves time. As the bolts are tightened, the end ring pushes the gripper ring and intermediate ring toward the bell end of the connection, mechanically forcing the double O-ring seal into compression.
